What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful completion.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with all OSHA and industry regulations.

• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and provide clear, actionable reports.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role within commercial or residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering superior results.

• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus (OSHA 30, First Aid, etc.).
