Build It Right. Lead the Field. Leave Your Mark.

We’re looking for a Superintendent who knows that great construction doesn’t happen by accident. It takes planning, communication, accountability, and someone on-site who can keep a dozen moving pieces from turning into a circus. If you’re the person who walks onto a jobsite and immediately starts thinking three steps ahead, this could be your next great opportunity.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized, and confident construction leader who enjoys being where the action is. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, maintain schedules, solve problems before they become expensive problems, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and manage daily field operations from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to keep the project moving.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying potential delays before they become headaches.
  • Review plans, specifications, drawings, and scopes of work to ensure construction is progressing correctly.
  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections and maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and site logistics.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and project leadership regarding progress, challenges, changes, and upcoming work.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable for schedule, workmanship, and safety expectations.
  • Identify conflicts in the field and work collaboratively toward practical solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide clear, accurate updates on field progress.
  • Maintain organized documentation, daily reports, schedules, inspections, and other required project records.
  • Help ensure projects remain aligned with contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
  • Build positive relationships with trade partners, clients, inspectors, and project team members.
  • Keep the jobsite organized, productive, professional, and safe.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make sound decisions in the field.
  • Comfortable working with subcontractors, vendors, owners, inspectors, and internal project teams.
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
  • Proficiency with common construction technology and project management software is a plus.
  • A professional attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to take ownership.

THE RIGHT PERSON

You don’t need to be the loudest person on the jobsite. You need to be the person people listen to, trust, and rely on. You understand that schedules matter, details matter, safety matters, and relationships matter. You can calmly handle the unexpected, keep crews moving, communicate clearly, and still know when it’s time to grab a hard hat and get into the thick of things.

If you’re ready for a Superintendent role where your leadership, experience, and ability to get things done are genuinely valued, this opportunity deserves a closer look.
