We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of each project from start to finish. Your expertise will drive the overall quality, efficiency, and safety of construction operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire construction process, from planning through to successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Read and interpret construction plans, ensuring accurate execution according to design specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, clients, and local authorities, including city and county officials.
• Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control while adhering to original plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
• Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, utilizing strong negotiation skills.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project expectations are met and exceed where possible.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, keeping project costs within budget and timelines.
