???? $95,000 – $110,000
Where Leadership Meets the Jobsite
Every build tells a story—steel rising, concrete curing, teams moving in rhythm—and the Superintendent is the one conducting it all. This isn’t just oversight; it’s orchestration. We’re looking for a field leader who thrives in the pulse of construction, someone who can read a set of plans like a roadmap and a jobsite like a living organism.
If you’re the type who sees challenges as puzzles to solve before lunch, keeps projects moving with precision, and earns respect without needing to raise your voice, this role has your name written all over it.
What You’ll Do
- Command the day-to-day operations of active construction projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough
- Drive schedules with intensity and foresight—keeping trades aligned, timelines tight, and surprises minimized
- Lead subcontractors like a seasoned captain, ensuring quality, safety, and accountability across the board
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and cultivate a culture where everyone goes home the same way they arrived
- Partner with Project Managers to keep budgets, timelines, and expectations in lockstep
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and details with a sharp eye for constructability
- Solve problems in real time—because the jobsite doesn’t wait
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with clarity and authority
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- A deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple trades without letting details slip through the cracks
- Strong leadership presence—firm, fair, and respected
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools)
- OSHA knowledge and a safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills that cut through noise and keep everyone aligned
What Sets You Apart
- You don’t just react—you anticipate
- You bring calm to chaos and structure to complexity
- You take pride in delivering projects that stand tall long after completion
- You hold the line on quality, even when timelines tighten
Why This Role
- Competitive compensation with strong project pipeline stability
- Opportunity to lead impactful builds across the Salt Lake market
- A company culture that values field leadership, not just office decisions
- Projects you’ll actually be proud to drive past years from now
If construction is a craft, this role is the master’s bench. Step in, take control, and build something that lasts.
