What You’ll Do

• Command the day-to-day operations of active construction projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough
• Drive schedules with intensity and foresight—keeping trades aligned, timelines tight, and surprises minimized
• Lead subcontractors like a seasoned captain, ensuring quality, safety, and accountability across the board
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and cultivate a culture where everyone goes home the same way they arrived
• Partner with Project Managers to keep budgets, timelines, and expectations in lockstep
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and details with a sharp eye for constructability
• Solve problems in real time—because the jobsite doesn’t wait
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with clarity and authority

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• A deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple trades without letting details slip through the cracks
• Strong leadership presence—firm, fair, and respected
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools)
• OSHA knowledge and a safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills that cut through noise and keep everyone aligned
