Position Overview:
As a Superintendent, you will be the leader on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage and coordinate all aspects of construction, from initial planning to final delivery, overseeing a team of skilled professionals and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained across all job sites, adhering to OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Review and approve materials, equipment, and work completed by subcontractors.
  • Manage change orders and ensure project scope aligns with client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
