What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations for commercial construction projects from groundbreak to closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly

• Maintain and drive the construction schedule, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality

• Champion jobsite safety and enforce safety standards so everyone goes home the same way they arrived

• Conduct daily site walks, anticipate issues early, and solve problems before they slow the project

• Ensure all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality expectations

• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

• Communicate clearly with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and subcontractors

• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination

• Proven experience managing multiple trades on active job sites

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents

• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to keep projects organized, efficient, and moving forward
