We’re searching for a seasoned Superintendent who thrives in the heartbeat of construction and knows how to transform plans on paper into structures that leave a mark on the skyline.

Our ideal candidate brings strong field leadership, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to keep projects moving with confidence, urgency, and accountability. You’ll oversee daily operations on active construction sites while partnering closely with project managers, subcontractors, owners, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations on commercial and/or multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, schedules, and manpower on-site
• Maintain project timelines while proactively identifying and resolving field issues before they become expensive surprises
• Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, architects, inspectors, and ownership teams
• Drive jobsite safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance with unwavering consistency
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, and site logistics to keep projects operating like a well-tuned machine
• Review drawings and specifications to anticipate conflicts and maintain construction accuracy
• Manage punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout processes
• Mentor field staff and help cultivate a strong, accountable, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in the construction industry
• Strong background in commercial, concrete, industrial, multifamily, or mixed-use construction projects
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors with professionalism and authority
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift like desert weather
• A proactive leader who solves problems instead of circling them with a red marker
