Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Leadership: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including estimating and business development, to drive project success.?

Schedule Management: Develop, modify, and manage project schedules, providing regular updates to align all stakeholders.?

Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations and materials meet project specifications through rigorous QA/QC processes.?

Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular training and site audits to maintain a safe work environment.

Resource Management: Coordinate material deliveries and manage subcontractors to prevent delays and ensure efficient workflow.?
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years in construction management, with a focus on commercial projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.?

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.?

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards and jurisdictional compliance.?

Travel Availability: Some positions may require travel, with companies offering per diem and travel allowances.
