What You'll Do

As Superintendent, you'll serve as the field leader responsible for coordinating every aspect of construction operations from groundbreaking through final completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct and oversee all daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions before delays occur.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, equipment, and manpower to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Architects, and Owners throughout the construction process.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project performance.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff, helping develop tomorrow's construction leaders.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional communication and outstanding project results.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who leads with confidence, communicates with clarity, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when challenges arise.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, concrete, civil, industrial, or multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex jobsite logistics.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software is highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
