We’re looking for an experienced Civil/Site Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality site development projects. Based in Jacksonville, FL, you'll take the lead on some of the region's most exciting civil construction work – from large-scale commercial pads and subdivisions to infrastructure and public works.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all on-site operations for civil/site development projects — excavation, grading, utilities, paving, storm drainage, and more.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedule to keep things running smoothly and safely.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specs, timelines, and local codes.

• Serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader, working closely with PMs, clients, and engineers.

• Maintain clear communication, documentation, and daily reports from groundbreaking to closeout.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in civil/site development.

• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.

• Strong understanding of site layout, underground utilities, grading, erosion control, and safety protocols.

• Proficiency with project documentation, schedules, and jobsite tech (Procore, HCSS, etc. a plus).

• A leadership style that earns respect — organized, driven, and solutions-focused.
