Build More Than Projects. Build Momentum.

In the growing skyline of Farmington and beyond, we’re not just placing steel and concrete—we’re shaping spaces where businesses thrive and communities gather. We’re seeking a Commercial Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads with quiet authority, and treats every jobsite like a living, breathing machine that hums best under thoughtful direction.

If you can orchestrate trades like a seasoned conductor, anticipate challenges before they knock, and take pride in delivering projects that stand tall long after the ribbon is cut, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Own

As Superintendent, you are the heartbeat of the jobsite—translating plans into progress and vision into structure.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final walkthrough
  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring every worker goes home the same way they arrived
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, pushing momentum while balancing precision
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Conduct regular site meetings, keeping communication clear, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, plans, and specifications
  • Identify and resolve field issues swiftly—before they ripple into larger delays
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to keep expectations aligned
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout with a sharp eye for detail

What You Bring to the Site

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and timelines without losing stride
  • A leadership style that earns respect—firm, fair, and grounded in experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
  • Tech-comfortable with construction management software and reporting tools
  • OSHA certification preferred

What Sets You Apart

You don’t just react—you anticipate.
You don’t just manage—you lead.
You don’t just build—you care about how it’s built.

You’re the kind of person who walks a site and instantly sees both the finished product and the path to get there.

What You’ll Get in Return

  • Competitive salary with room to grow based on performance
  • A steady pipeline of meaningful commercial projects
  • A team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and accountability
  • The chance to lead builds that leave a lasting mark on the region
  • Support from leadership that understands the field—not just the spreadsheets

The Bottom Line

This role isn’t about standing on the sidelines—it’s about being in the center of the action, boots on gravel, eyes on progress, and hands guiding the outcome.

If you’re ready to take ownership of your projects and build something that matters—let’s get to work.
