Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete construction projects in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete operations, crew management, and project execution. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site concrete construction activities.

• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.

• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as needed.

• Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with project requirements.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track.

• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of work completed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Extensive knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placing techniques.

• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure concrete projects.

• Certification in concrete construction management or a related field.
