About the Role

We are seeking a Hardworking, Incredible, Intelligent, and Knowledgeable Concrete Superintendent to lead our field operations in Salt Lake City. In this role, you’ll oversee concrete crews, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your leadership, technical expertise, and ability to solve challenges will play a critical role in the success of our projects and the growth of our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of concrete construction including layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.

• Lead crews with energy, professionalism, and accountability to ensure safe and productive worksites.

• Coordinate daily jobsite activities with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Enforce compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies.

• Solve challenges in the field with foresight and intelligence to keep projects moving forward.

• Mentor and guide team members, creating a positive and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in concrete construction.

• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, finishing, and curing techniques.

• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules effectively.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA certification preferred; strong commitment to safety required.
