If job trailers feel like home, schedules are your chessboard, and a well-run jobsite hums like a perfectly tuned engine, keep reading.

We are looking for a Superintendent / Construction Manager who thrives in the field, leads from the front, and knows how to turn plans on paper into buildings that stand proud against the Wasatch skyline. This role is for someone who can command a jobsite with confidence, build trust with trades, and keep safety, schedule, and quality marching in lockstep.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking to final punch

  • Own the project schedule and drive production with purpose

  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to keep momentum strong

  • Enforce safety standards and create a culture where everyone goes home the way they arrived

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients

  • Solve problems quickly and decisively when the unexpected shows up

  • Maintain high standards of quality control and site organization

  • Keep documentation tight and communication clear

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager

  • Strong background in commercial or multi-family construction

  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules

  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing and best practices

  • Leadership presence that earns respect, not demands it

  • Solid working knowledge of OSHA safety standards

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications with ease

What Sets You Apart

  • You run toward challenges, not away from them

  • You take ownership like it is your name on the building

  • You balance urgency with precision

  • You build teams, not just projects

Why This Role is Worth It

Salt Lake City is booming, cranes dot the skyline, and the right leader can make a real mark here. You will have the autonomy to lead, the support to succeed, and the opportunity to grow with a company that values strong field leadership.

This is more than managing a jobsite. It is building something lasting.

If you are ready to take the helm and steer projects from dirt to ribbon cutting, this might be your next chapter. ?????
