About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent IV with a proven track record in High Tech, Healthcare, Industrial, or Life Sciences projects. You will lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while mentoring teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Champion safety with proactive planning, site inspections, pre-task reviews, and compliance with all EHS policies.

Oversee quality through the Quality Management Program, proper material handling, and timely punch list resolution.

Lead preconstruction planning, trade partner coordination, scheduling, and constructability reviews to optimize project delivery.

Manage project schedules using Primavera P6, including critical path analysis, procurement tracking, and stakeholder updates.

Assist with contract review, cost control, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning coordination.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for career growth.

Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, designers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:

10-15+ years of construction experience with superintendent-level responsibility

Direct experience in High Tech, Healthcare, Industrial, or Life Sciences projects

Knowledge of building construction, IBC, and local codes/permitting

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam
-
OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Competent Person Training
-
Superintendent Career Training Course or equivalent
