We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent IV to lead multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This senior field leader will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and delivered to the highest quality standards. You’ll mentor field teams, coordinate with trade partners, and drive solutions that keep complex projects moving efficiently.

What You Bring

• 15–20+ years of construction experience with progressive Superintendent responsibility

• Proven ability as a Lead Superintendent managing multiple crews and large projects

• Advanced knowledge of building codes, permitting, and multi-family construction methods

• Skilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Competent Person certifications

What You’ll Do

• Lead safety culture and compliance across all jobsite activities

• Manage quality, inspections, mock-ups, punch lists, and as-builts

• Develop schedules, critical paths, and look-ahead plans

• Oversee budgets, labor, materials, and self-perform work

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and BIM modeling

• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff for growth and performance

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $145,000 – $155,000 (DOE)
