This role is for a construction professional who thrives where boots meet blueprints. As a Superintendent / Project Manager, you are the connective tissue between planning and performance. You orchestrate people, schedules, safety, and quality while keeping projects moving with precision and pride.

If you love seeing a site come alive under your leadership and enjoy owning outcomes from pre-construction to close-out, this seat has your name on it.

What You’ll Be Great At

  • Project Leadership: Commanding job sites with confidence, clarity, and calm decision-making

  • Schedule Control: Building, managing, and protecting timelines like a pro

  • Team Coordination: Aligning subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams into one sharp unit

  • Safety Excellence: Setting the tone for a safety-first culture that never cuts corners

  • Quality Management: Delivering work that meets spec, exceeds standards, and stands the test of time

  • Budget Awareness: Tracking costs, managing change orders, and keeping projects financially healthy

  • Problem Solving: Turning jobsite curveballs into clean solutions without losing momentum

  • Communication: Translating plans into action for crews and progress into confidence for stakeholders

What You’ll Do Day to Day

  • Oversee daily jobsite operations while managing overall project performance

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and look-ahead forecasts

  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and enforce scope, quality, and safety

  • Monitor progress, productivity, and costs to keep projects on track

  • Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues quickly

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project records

  • Drive projects from mobilization through punch-list and closeout

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction

  • Proven experience in both superintendent and project management functions

  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts

  • Leadership style that earns respect on the jobsite and in meetings

  • Tech-savvy mindset with scheduling and project management software

  • A take-ownership mentality with pride in craftsmanship and results

Why This Role Hits Different

  • You get real authority, not just responsibility

  • You lead projects start to finish, not fragments

  • You work with a team that values skill, accountability, and growth

  • You build projects you can point to and say, “I ran that.”

If you’re ready for a role where your skills steer the ship and your leadership leaves a mark on the skyline, we want to hear from you. ?????
