Superintendent Project Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 + benefits

What You’ll Do Day to Day

Oversee daily jobsite operations while managing overall project performance

Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and look-ahead forecasts

Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and enforce scope, quality, and safety

Monitor progress, productivity, and costs to keep projects on track

Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues quickly

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project records

Drive projects from mobilization through punch-list and closeout
What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction

Proven experience in both superintendent and project management functions

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts

Leadership style that earns respect on the jobsite and in meetings

Tech-savvy mindset with scheduling and project management software
