Superintendent (Traveling)
Location: Lehi, UT (Frequent Regional Travel Required)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 DOE + 10% Per Diem
Industry: Construction – Commercial & Multi-Family Projects

We’re seeking a capable and accomplished Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations and deliver projects with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
Position Summary:
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for orchestrating the field operations from start to finish. You will oversee subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, maintain schedules, and ensure quality control across multiple job sites. Your leadership and drive will be instrumental in bringing each project to successful completion—on time, on budget, and up to spec.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, schedule, and safety standards

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts proactively

Monitor construction progress, inspect work quality, and document daily field reports

Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and field teams to align on progress and expectations

Oversee and implement job site safety practices and ensure OSHA compliance

Manage job site logistics including materials delivery, equipment usage, and site cleanliness

Facilitate inspections and interface with local building officials

Travel to job sites across the region on a regular basis
Qualifications:

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or multi-family construction

Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and construction sequencing

Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and personnel

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction tech tools

Willingness to travel regionally as required (Per Diem included)

OSHA 30 certification preferred
