Are you a seasoned utility and pipe work professional ready to take the reins on critical infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads crews with confidence, and takes pride in delivering quality utility work on time and on budget.

As a key leader in our growing team, you’ll oversee underground utility and pipe installation projects, including water, sewer, storm drain, and other civil scopes, ensuring excellence from mobilization through closeout.

???? What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations for underground utility projects

• Manage site safety, productivity, quality control, and crew performance

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure schedule and budget goals are met

• Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and municipalities

• Solve field issues quickly and effectively

• Mentor field staff and foster a team-oriented, high-performance culture

? What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in underground utilities or civil construction

• Proven leadership in managing crews and subcontractors

• In-depth knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drain systems

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications

• OSHA certification (10/30) preferred
