Compensation: $95,000–$140,000 DOE

Someone who can read a set of plans like a roadmap, motivate crews like a coach, and keep projects marching forward with precision and pride.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations from groundbreaking to closeout, setting the tempo for safety, quality, and production.

• Build and manage project schedules, sequencing work to keep momentum high and delays low.

• Direct superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors, creating a culture of accountability, respect, and results.

• Enforce safety programs with zero tolerance and full buy-in.

• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams to solve problems before they become headlines.

• Maintain impeccable site documentation, inspections, and quality control.

• Drive productivity while protecting craftsmanship — fast, but never sloppy.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent on commercial and/or multi-family projects.

• Deep knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, and building systems.

• Natural leadership presence — crews listen when you speak.

• A proactive, solutions-first mindset with the backbone to make tough calls.

• Strong communication skills and a reputation for running organized, professional jobsites.
