We are seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager who thrives where strategy meets steel, schedules meet skylines, and leadership meets the last bolt tightened before turnover. This role is for a builder who can orchestrate complex construction operations from preconstruction through closeout with precision, authority, and vision.

What You’ll Do

You will own the project from the first drawing review to final punch list, serving as both the tactical field general and the strategic project conductor. Your days will blend high-level planning with boots-on-the-ground execution.

• Lead all on-site construction activities while simultaneously managing overall project delivery

• Drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety with disciplined intensity

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and owners to keep momentum relentless and communication clear

• Translate plans and specifications into real-world execution with constructability insight

• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward, not sideways

• Enforce safety as a culture, not a checklist

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost forecasting, and progress reporting

• Represent the company with confidence and professionalism to clients, architects, and municipal agencies

• Proven experience leading commercial or multi-family construction projects from start to finish

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, sequencing, means and methods
