The Mandate

As SVP, Corporate Banker, you will originate, structure, and manage complex commercial and corporate relationships across middle-market and large corporate clients. You will operate with precision, discipline, and a forward-looking view of portfolio health.

This is a revenue leadership role built on calculated decision-making and strategic influence.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and expand a portfolio of sophisticated corporate clients

• Structure complex credit facilities including syndicated loans, revolvers, acquisition financing, and treasury solutions

• Lead negotiations with CFOs, CEOs, and executive leadership teams

• Drive disciplined credit analysis and partner closely with underwriting teams

• Protect asset quality through proactive risk identification and mitigation

• Collaborate with treasury, capital markets, and private banking partners to deliver full-suite solutions

• Mentor junior bankers and elevate performance standards across the team

What Makes You Effective

• 10+ years of corporate or commercial banking experience

• Demonstrated success managing large, complex credit relationships

• Strong command of financial modeling, risk assessment, and capital structuring

• Proven ability to win and retain high-value relationships

• Executive presence with the confidence to operate in C-suite environments
