What You’ll Do:

As the SVP, Financial Planner, you will be the cornerstone of our clients’ financial futures, leveraging your expertise to craft innovative, tailored financial strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of financial planners, ensuring top-tier client service and adherence to best practices.

  • Develop comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and investment advisory.

  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering customized solutions that align with their financial goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, trust, and tax specialists, to create integrated solutions for complex financial scenarios.

  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable strategies that protect and grow client assets.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, contributing to strategic business planning and organizational growth.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning or wealth management, with a track record of success leading teams.

  • CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement plans, estate planning, and tax strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex financial challenges, and influence key stakeholders.
