Responsibilities:

  • Drive business success by helping manage budgets and ensuring that deposit, loan, and net income targets are not just met—but exceeded!
  • Spark new opportunities by building strong loan and deposit relationships through cold calling, dynamic personal networking, and attending key social and business events within the community.
  • Ensure top-tier operational excellence by assisting with the meticulous execution of all Bank audit procedures.
  • Lead the charge in sales and service efforts, ensuring customer retention and cultivating the growth of new, exciting relationships.
  • Be the architect of your success by taking full ownership of your personal sales efforts to meet and surpass goals.
  • Engage with clients by gathering critical financial data for loan applications, helping them build a future with your support.
  • Dive deep into financials, analyzing credit, property evaluations, and status to make strategic decisions on loan feasibility.
  • Build trust and rapport with applicants, resolving questions and gathering corporate history to provide tailored solutions.
  • Master the art of negotiation—structure and price credit facilities in a way that benefits both the client and the Bank.
  • Present credits with confidence for approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with policy.
  • Strategically explore and analyze potential markets, generating exciting new prospects for loans and deposits.
  • Keep a close eye on borrowers' financials, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, and guiding them towards success.
  • Own and nurture your existing portfolio, transforming challenges into growth opportunities.
  • Keep delinquencies and classified loans at an absolute minimum—proactively managing risk and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Be a passionate ambassador for the Bank—represent the institution at civic and industry events, creating impactful connections that matter.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience—bring your expertise and drive!
  • A natural ability to calculate key figures—whether it’s interest, commissions, percentages, or more—use your skills to make impactful decisions.
  • Problem-solving mindset—ability to apply creative thinking and common sense in various situations, delivering exceptional results.
