???? About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager to join our Dallas-based commercial banking team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the key liaison between the bank and high-value middle-market and commercial clients—delivering tailored financial solutions, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable growth.

???? What You’ll Do

  • Lead client relationships with a portfolio of commercial and middle-market businesses across diverse industries.

  • Deliver customized banking solutions, including credit, treasury, capital markets, and deposit strategies.

  • Grow the portfolio through strategic prospecting, networking, and cross-selling with internal partners.

  • Champion client success by anticipating needs, identifying opportunities, and offering proactive guidance.

  • Manage credit exposure, structure deals, and work closely with underwriters to maintain strong credit quality.

  • Collaborate across teams, including credit, product, and executive leadership, to ensure seamless execution.

???? What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of relationship management experience in commercial or middle-market banking.

  • Proven success in credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio growth.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

  • A strategic, consultative mindset and the ability to influence C-suite decision makers.

  • Texas market experience or an established network in Dallas is a major plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA a plus.
