What You’ll Do

- Generate quality commercial loans, deposits, treasury services, and other banking opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and connect them with the right financial solutions.
- Partner closely with credit, treasury, operations, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Structure and present credit opportunities while maintaining sound risk discipline.
- Monitor portfolio performance, client profitability, credit quality, and overall relationship health.
- Expand existing relationships by uncovering opportunities across the full range of banking products and services.
- Represent the bank professionally within the business community and develop a visible presence in the local market.
- Mentor and collaborate with other relationship managers and banking professionals.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitors, industries, and evolving client needs.
- Balance aggressive business development with thoughtful, responsible banking practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant commercial banking relationship management experience.
- Proven success generating new business and expanding existing relationships.
- Strong commercial lending and credit knowledge.
- Established network of business owners, executives, centers of influence, and community contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial and profitable portfolio.
- Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial credit, treasury management, deposits, and relationship profitability.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to lead sophisticated client conversations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, judgment, and accountability.
Why This Role?
This is not a maintenance position. It’s an opportunity to grow a market, grow relationships, and make a measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to build business while having the resources and support necessary to compete for meaningful relationships.
If you’re a seasoned relationship banker who enjoys opening doors, building trust, winning business, and turning relationships into long-term partnerships, this could be your next big move.
