Salary: $140-200k
Sector: Banking
Type: Permanent

???? Austin, TX | ???? $140,000 – $200,000

Step into a role where deals don’t just close—they ignite momentum.

We’re seeking a Senior Vice President / Vice President, Commercial Lender who thrives in the pulse of Austin’s business landscape. This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage kind of seat. This is front-line, high-impact, relationship-fueled banking at its most dynamic.

What You’ll Do

You walk into boardrooms as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson. You build lending relationships that feel more like long-term partnerships than transactions. You originate, structure, and manage a diverse commercial loan portfolio—crafting solutions that fuel expansion, acquisitions, real estate development, and operating growth.

You don’t just underwrite risk—you interpret it, shape it, and turn it into opportunity.

You are equally fluent in numbers and narrative: credit analysis in one hand, relationship strategy in the other.

What You Bring

You’ve been in the arena. You know commercial lending is equal parts discipline and instinct.

  • Proven experience in commercial lending, credit structuring, or relationship banking
  • Strong credit acumen with the ability to dissect financials and tell the story behind them
  • A network that already hums—or the ability to build one quickly in Austin’s fast-moving market
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and advising at executive level
  • A mindset that blends hunter energy with advisor precision

Why This Role Hits Different

Because here, you’re not just booking loans—you’re shaping businesses, fueling growth corridors, and becoming a go-to financial partner in one of the most electric economies in the country.

Austin moves fast. So do you.

And when you win here, it shows up everywhere.

Compensation

$140K – $200K base depending on experience, plus performance incentives tied to production and portfolio success.
