???? What You’ll Be Owning

• Lead day-to-day field operations on Class A TI projects from demo to ribbon-cutting
• Build and manage aggressive, detail-driven schedules (and actually hit them)
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors like a seasoned air traffic controller—no collisions, no delays
• Maintain immaculate jobsite standards (clean, safe, organized, dialed-in)
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure budgets, timelines, and expectations stay aligned
• Read and interpret plans/specs with precision—and catch what others miss
• Drive quality control to ensure finishes meet high-end client expectations (no “close enough” here)
• Lead weekly meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs with confidence and clarity
• Proactively solve problems before they even realize they’re problems

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience, with a strong focus on Class A Tenant Improvements
• Proven success delivering high-end office, legal, or corporate interiors
• Deep understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination

• A sixth sense for quality, detail, and deadlines
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety excellence
