????? About the Role:

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader at job sites across the region and beyond. You’ll oversee all field operations, ensuring that every phase of construction is executed with precision, safety, and excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety enforcement.

• Maintain aggressive project timelines without sacrificing quality or safety.

• Serve as the key point of contact between field teams, project managers, and clients.

• Read and interpret plans, specs, and blueprints to ensure compliance and execution.

• Travel to job sites as needed (mostly regional with occasional extended travel).

• Conduct daily field reports and safety audits; ensure jobsite cleanliness and professionalism.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.

????? What You Bring:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or multi-family construction.

• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly and stay on-site for project durations.

• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
