What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Command the Jobsite Universe)

• Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple out-of-town commercial construction projects
• Serve as the on-site authority for safety, scheduling, quality, and subcontractor coordination
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met (or beaten)
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and keep communication flowing like a well-oiled crane
• Enforce safety protocols with zero compromise—because everyone goes home the way they came
• Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with budget and client expectations
• Troubleshoot issues in real time—weather delays, trade conflicts, material hiccups—you’ve seen it all and solve it faster
• Maintain meticulous project documentation including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking
• Ensure work is completed to spec, on time, and with craftsmanship that speaks for itself
• Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction (traveling experience highly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage projects in unfamiliar locations while quickly building strong site relationships
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety standards, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints like a second language
• Excellent leadership skills—you can motivate crews at 6:30 AM and still have them smiling by lunch
• High level of organization, accountability, and adaptability
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (projects may span multiple states)
