Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier service to internal business lines, ensuring smooth execution of all tasks with precision and care.
• Act swiftly to identify and resolve suspended batches, minimizing client disruption and maintaining smooth operations.
• Take charge of onboarding, maintaining, and ensuring consistency for all Treasury Management products.
• Manage commercial account analysis fees and statements, while overseeing the preparation and delivery of monthly analysis invoices.
• Tackle operational challenges head-on, resolving customer and bank issues with a focus on satisfaction. For complex issues, escalate swiftly to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance client experiences and drive the efficiency of treasury services.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, accounting, or finance.
• A keen eye for detail with strong typing, clerical skills, and a dedication to accuracy.
• Excellent math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Strong customer relations and service skills—helping clients is your priority!
