What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Relationship Managers throughout the lending process.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify developing trends or concerns.
• Present findings confidently to credit committees and senior leadership.
• Stay current on market conditions, industry trends, and economic factors that influence lending decisions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of commercial underwriting or credit analysis experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex financial statements with accuracy and confidence.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and commercial loan systems.
