What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze loan applications for creditworthiness, financial strength, and overall risk

• Interpret financial statements, credit reports, income documentation, and collateral data

• Prepare clear, concise credit analyses with sound recommendations

• Work closely with loan officers, processors, and credit managers to structure solid, compliant deals

• Ensure all underwriting decisions align with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements

• Help identify opportunities for improved efficiency and risk management within the underwriting process

What You Bring

• 3+ years of underwriting experience (mortgage, commercial, or consumer lending)

• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending regulations

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred

• Proficiency with underwriting and loan origination systems
