What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with middle-market and commercial clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their financial journey.

• Source, structure, and close high-quality commercial loans that align with client needs and the bank’s credit standards.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive financial guidance and ensuring long-term success.

• Collaborate with credit, treasury, and other internal partners to deliver full-service banking solutions.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services, maximizing client value and satisfaction.

• Stay engaged in the local business community by networking, attending events, and representing the bank as a leader in commercial banking.

• Proven experience in commercial lending with a strong track record of originating and managing profitable relationships.
