What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and expand a profitable commercial loan portfolio through business development and networking.
- Build lasting relationships with business owners, executives, developers, and community leaders.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit structures to recommend sound lending solutions.
- Structure commercial loans tailored to each client's unique goals and financial needs.
- Partner closely with Treasury Management, Credit Administration, Private Banking, and Retail teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
- Serve as the primary financial advisor for your clients, identifying opportunities beyond lending, including deposits, cash management, and other commercial banking services.
- Monitor portfolio performance while proactively managing credit quality and client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal credit standards.
- Represent the bank throughout the community by attending networking events, industry organizations, and local business functions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, and economic conditions impacting commercial clients.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of commercial banking or commercial lending experience.
- Demonstrated success developing and managing commercial relationships.
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and financial statement interpretation.
- Experience with C&I, owner-occupied real estate, investment real estate, and commercial lending structures.
- Excellent business development and networking abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and credit policy.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and commercial banking software is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
