7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within banking or financial services.

Strong mastery of California employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.

Experience influencing at the executive level with confidence and healthy assertiveness.

Proven success guiding teams through organizational change or growth.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
