• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within banking or financial services.

• Strong mastery of California employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.

• Experience influencing at the executive level with confidence and healthy assertiveness.

• A knack for building trust across departments through communication, clarity, and thoughtful leadership.

• Proven success guiding teams through organizational change or growth.

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
