VP, HR Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic banking team as Vice President, HR Manager. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can lead HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across all facets of talent management. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive a culture of high performance, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the bank’s goals and support organizational growth.

Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Partner with management to address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.

Monitor HR metrics and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

7+ years of progressive HR experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and banking industry regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
