About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic banking team as Vice President, HR Manager. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can lead HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across all facets of talent management. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive a culture of high performance, engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the bank’s goals and support organizational growth.

  • Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Partner with management to address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.

  • Monitor HR metrics and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and banking industry regulations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
