Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market development
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic financial guidance
- Structure and negotiate commercial lending opportunities in collaboration with credit partners
- Cross-sell treasury management, deposit, and additional banking services
- Analyze financial statements, credit structures, and overall relationship profitability
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong asset quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Represent the bank within the local business and professional community
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the client experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of commercial banking or relationship management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and treasury services
- Proven business development and portfolio management abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Established business connections within the Seattle market preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 – $170,000, depending on experience
