What You'll Do

As a VP Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the face of the bank within the commercial community while growing a high-quality portfolio of business clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and managing relationships with commercial clients across diverse industries
  • Generating new business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement
  • Understanding each client's business strategy and recommending customized lending, treasury management, deposit, and cash management solutions
  • Structuring commercial credit opportunities while partnering with underwriting and credit teams
  • Maintaining strong portfolio quality through proactive relationship management and risk awareness
  • Serving as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities before clients even realize they need them
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Representing the bank throughout the San Francisco and East Bay business communities
