Where Strategy Meets Skyline—and Relationships Turn Into Revenue

In a city known for innovation, ambition, and rain that somehow fuels brilliance, we’re searching for a VP, Relationship Manager who knows how to build more than a portfolio—you build trust, momentum, and long-term partnerships that stick.

This is not a “maintain the book” kind of role. This is a hunt, grow, win, repeat kind of role.

???? The Opportunity

Step into a high-visibility position where you’ll operate as both strategist and dealmaker. You’ll be the connective tissue between clients and capital—guiding complex financial relationships while driving meaningful growth across commercial portfolios.

Think: boardroom conversations in the morning, deal structuring in the afternoon, and closing wins that move the needle before the day ends.

???? What You’ll Own

  • Drive Relationship Growth
Build and expand a robust commercial portfolio with middle-market and emerging corporate clients
  • Be the Trusted Advisor
Offer sharp financial insight, strategic lending solutions, and guidance that clients rely on
  • Source & Close New Business
Prospect relentlessly, cultivate pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Structure Smart Deals
Collaborate with credit teams to craft sound, competitive lending solutions
  • Protect & Strengthen the Portfolio
Monitor credit quality, manage risk, and ensure long-term profitability
  • Champion the Client Experience
Deliver a level of service that makes clients wonder how they ever banked anywhere else

???? What You Bring

  • 7+ years in commercial banking, lending, or relationship management
  • A proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex deals
  • Strong credit acumen with the ability to read between the lines of financials
  • A natural instinct for business development—you don’t wait for doors to open, you knock (or build your own)
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of the Seattle market is a serious advantage

???? Why This Role Stands Out

  • Compensation that rewards performance—your success won’t go unnoticed
  • A platform with the tools, credit appetite, and leadership support to actually win deals
  • A market full of opportunity—from tech to manufacturing to everything in between
  • A seat at the table where your voice carries weight

???? The Bottom Line

If you thrive in the space where relationships turn into revenue and strategy turns into action, this role is your next power move.

Seattle is building the future.
You’ll be financing it.
