The Role

As a VP or SVP Relationship Manager, you’ll own a high-impact portfolio of commercial clients. You’ll be the quarterback—leading client strategy, structuring deals, coordinating internal teams, and driving revenue. Your ability to blend financial acumen, business development, and long-term partnership is what makes you lethal—and legendary.


What You’ll Do

  • Build & Expand: Drive new business development and grow wallet share across an existing portfolio.

  • Structure Smart: Design and deliver custom credit, treasury, and banking solutions to middle-market and commercial clients.

  • Lead Relationships: Be the face of the bank—trusted advisor, connector, and strategic thinker.

  • Drive Results: Hit aggressive production goals while maintaining disciplined risk management.

  • Partner Up: Collaborate with credit, treasury, operations, and executive teams to deliver full-spectrum solutions.

  • Stay Sharp: Track market trends, anticipate client needs, and stay ahead of the curve.


What You Bring

  • 7–15+ years of relationship management experience in commercial banking or middle-market finance.

  • Deep knowledge of credit structuring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation.

  • Proven track record in business development and portfolio growth.

  • Strong local market knowledge and network in DFW or the broader Texas region.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Grit, polish, and the ability to play both offense and defense.
