What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our commercial banking team, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a high-quality portfolio of business clients. You’ll lead with solutions, build long-term relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries.

Your Impact:

• Develop, manage, and grow a commercial portfolio of middle-market and business banking clients

• Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers

• Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities and treasury solutions

• Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and product partners to deliver exceptional client experiences

• Source new business opportunities through your local network, market presence, and referrals

• Represent the bank in the community and engage in professional organizations

• Mentor junior RMs and contribute to a positive, winning culture

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably with middle-market clients

• Proven track record of successful business development and portfolio management

• Deep understanding of credit, financial statements, and risk

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients succeed

• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a solutions-focused mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
