We’re looking for a passionate, persistent, and positive leader to take charge of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects in El Paso. If you thrive on solving challenges, keeping projects on track, and making a real impact on communities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Drive WTP/WWTP projects from kickoff to closeout with precision and energy.

• Lead teams with confidence, persistence, and a solutions-focused mindset.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts while keeping quality and safety front and center.

• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear, positive communication.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in WTP/WWTP or heavy civil construction.

• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
