We’re a tight-knit, values-driven construction team looking for an experienced WWTP Superintendent to help lead the successful construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities in the Salt Lake City area. What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations on wastewater treatment plant projects, from start to finish.

• Supervise field crews and subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and equipment.

• Communicate closely with the project manager, engineers, and inspectors to keep things running smoothly.

• Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and building regulations.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on superintendent experience with WWTP or heavy civil projects.

• A deep understanding of concrete, mechanical piping systems, process equipment installation, and structural construction.

• Strong leadership and communication skills—we’re big on collaboration.

• A steady hand when things get busy, and a problem-solver’s mindset.
