What You Will Lead

Field Leadership & Culture

  • Mentor and elevate field crews while building a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and teamwork

  • Foster consistent, productive communication between field and office teams

  • Navigate subcontractor challenges with confidence and professionalism

  • Maintain composure and clarity during high-pressure situations

  • Champion personal growth and development within your team

  • Lead daily huddles that keep performance sharp and aligned


Business & Project Stewardship

  • Maintain budget awareness and collaborate with Project Managers on fiscally responsible decisions

  • Lead company QA/QC initiatives to ensure precision and compliance

  • Support Pull Planning sessions with cross-functional teams

  • Maintain accurate and current contract documents, shop drawings, and as-builts

  • Ensure high-quality documentation including daily/weekly reporting and photographic logs

  • Oversee clean, organized jobsites that reflect excellence and professionalism

  • Develop strong subcontractor partnerships and support client relationships


Technical Command

  • Oversee civil, structural, and mechanical scopes on water and wastewater treatment plant projects

  • Direct and sequence earthwork, trenching, utilities, structural concrete, mechanical piping, and equipment installation

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including short-interval planning

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients for seamless execution

  • Resolve RFIs, field issues, and change orders efficiently

  • Ensure quality control across formwork, concrete placement, curing, pipe installation, and mechanical systems

  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and EPA compliance standards

  • Maintain a complete, current set of project documents, drawings, and specifications

  • Travel to jobsites throughout the Pacific Northwest


Experience & Education

  • Proven experience managing water and wastewater construction projects valued at $15M to $125M

  • Experience in design-build or CM/GC delivery methods preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, Outbuild, and Primavera

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software

  • OSHA 30 certification or higher

  • A self-starter with strong leadership instincts and goal-oriented discipline
